Responsibilties
Tracking six primary NCAA conferences (ACC, WCC, MAC, NEC, CAA, MAAC) and Division II, evaluating transfer portal targets for the 2026–27 season, and delivering detailed scouting reports directly to Head Coach Ryan Pannone and Assistant Coach Anthony Goods.
- Authored 300+ scouting reports on 275+ transfer portal targets across 130+ D1, D2, and international programs, utilizing Synergy and other analytics platforms to produce in-depth evaluations.
- Scouted 6–8 games per week, identifying freshman–junior prospects and assessing player strengths, weaknesses, and system fit for roster construction.
- Conducted specialized scouting projects, including identifying the top 60 D2 “shifty” scorers and top 50 low-major D1 “shifty” prospects.
- Prepared detailed player evaluations (high, medium, low interest) and compiled position-specific rankings to support biweekly staff meetings and overall recruiting strategy.
